With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the field, Kevin brings a wealth of water management and engineering knowledge to IETLink’s rapidly growing business. Kevin’s background includes various water resources project designs and analyses. Kevin’s engineering career has required a keen understanding of instrumentation, telemetry, data mining, and QA/QC to support surface water quantity and quality modeling and compliance permitting.
